Wondering what it's like to work with a travel agent/advisor? Well, you've come to the right place.
You can give me a call, send a text, email, What's app, or click on the chat button to get in touch with me. We'll schedule a time to chat about what you're looking for. I'll also send you a questionnaire to fill out. It will give me an idea of what you like or don't like, etc., so our conversation will be more focused.
There is a Non-Refundable planning fee that will need to be paid before I send any proposals. Our first chat is complimentary.
Planning fees: $50 (covers up to 3 proposals per client)
Additional changes per revision: $15 each
$50 cancellation fee (after booking)
$250 for groups
Planning session: We'll cover what you included in the form from Step 2. It helps to have a ballpark idea to begin with. You don't have to have all the answers right away, but the more you know, the faster things happen.
I will take what we've discussed and send you 3 proposals. Look over these to decide what you prefer. Your planning fee includes one round of changes to the chosen itinerary.
When you know what you would like, we move on to the deposit. Often, payments can be made on cruises, hotels, resorts, etc. but airfare needs to be paid in one payment. Remember, pricing is subject to change until deposit.
This is when a travel agent is most useful.
What to do to get ready for your trip? I'll send you any advise you might need. I can help you with passport information, packing suggestions, help with motion sickness, offer ideas for making your trip happen more smoothly, etc. Whatever you have questions about, I've got your back.
While you're busy planning for your trip, I keep an eye on your bookings for any changes, updates, etc. You can get busy packing and looking forward to your vacation.
One of the ways a travel agent/advisor is most beneficial is during your trip. If there are any hiccups that happen while you travel, always make sure you deal with an airline, hotel, resort, etc. in person. Then contact me and I'll start working behind the scenes to take care of you.
Interruptions don't happen often, but when they do, it's nice to have a specialist who knows where you are and how to help in your pocket.
Amber Waves Travel is not responsible for any interruptions or loss of funds, etc. that may occur.
